BCPM Data Open Platform is a pharmaceutical data API platform designed for developers, research institutions, and enterprises. It provides diverse data APIs covering pharmaceutical R&D, pharmaceutical regulation, pharmaceutical markets, rational drug use, clinical diagnosis and treatment, biochemistry and molecular biology, chemical tools, literature and patents, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) data, and medical devices. The platform supports standardized data API calls; the data service endpoint is https://srv-openapi.bcpmdata.com, with requests required to use the POST method and Content-Type set to application/json. Additionally, an MCP service trial endpoint is available at https://openmcp.bcpmdata.com/general/sse, enabling rapid testing based on the platform’s data API capabilities. Authentication is performed via API Key: for data APIs, include 'Authorization: ' in the request header; for the MCP trial service, include 'Apikey: ' in the HTTP header. Rate limiting is generally set at 1 call per second and 100 calls per natural day per API, adjustable per contractual agreement. This platform is well-suited for QVeris integration to access pharmaceutical industry data capabilities, including pharmaceutical R&D, global clinical trials, global pharmaceutical patents, China’s drug review and approval processes, drug marketing authorizations, policies and regulations, pharmaceutical sales, rational drug use, and medical devices.
