List report section headings

Returns id, symbol, total and sections (heading strings); observed responses also include source and section_details with title, has_tables, chars and estimated_tokens. Use a heading with get_report.section. Overseas parsing can produce page numbers, separators and duplicates (observed for AAPL); successful HTTP alone does not establish section quality.
