Tripadvisor Is Now Free to Use, Giving Your Agent Instant Access to the World of Travel
Tripadvisor is now available for free through QVeris, giving your agent an immediate, comprehensive view of the travel world.

In many travel planning, recommendation, and place-review scenarios, real and trustworthy data is essential. We recently connected QVeris to the Tripadvisor Content API, giving agents a powerful new real-world capability.

Tripadvisor is one of the world’s leading travel review and recommendation platforms, with more than 8 million places, including hotels, restaurants, and attractions; 1 billion reviews and ratings from real travelers; and multilingual content.

In the past, when an agent needed to generate place recommendations, compare ratings, or summarize reviews, it often had to rely on training-time knowledge, scraped data, or rough estimates. That could easily lead to inaccurate or unreliable results.

Now, by accessing this API through QVeris, agents can:

  • 📍 Retrieve specific place information: including names, addresses, ratings, and more for hotels, restaurants, and attractions
  • Search real user reviews and ratings: so recommendations are backed by data
  • 📸 Use traveler photos: making travel suggestions more credible
  • 🔍 Run location search and filtering: such as finding places by rating, type, distance, and other criteria

This means agents no longer just “sound right” or “make a likely guess.” They can truly make judgments and recommendations based on real-world data.

For example, users can ask an agent:

  • “Help me find a list of hotels in Tokyo rated 4.5★ or higher with recent positive reviews”
  • “Rank the highest-rated restaurants in Paris by score”
  • “List highly rated attractions near a city, along with review summaries”

As you can see, by calling Tripadvisor data, the agent can independently produce a detailed and accurate hotel list.

Behind these tasks, the model is not “guessing the answer.” Instead, the agent actively calls the Tripadvisor API, understands the meaning of the data, and combines the results into a useful output.

QVeris is making this API available for free for everyone to use. Come try it out! 👇
