You represent and warrant that:

• You have all necessary rights to submit the User Content
• Your User Content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights

6. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate or interact with third-party services, tools, or APIs. QVeris AI does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, and your use of such services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including software, APIs, trademarks, logos, and documentation, are owned by QVeris AI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if:

• We are required to do so by law
• Continued operation poses security or operational risks

You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QVERIS AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL QVERIS AI'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU (IF ANY) FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QVeris AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your User Content

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You agree that any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that state.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
